I can't seem to generate a daily report using Report Scheduler since changing from a windows domain account to a local Windows account. The report works fine when selected and run from the Orion Report page or the Report Scheduler Add/Edit Web Page by clicking the ellipsis (3-dots) button next to URL box. I suspect it may be an authentication issue but I can't seem to pinpoint what it is. I've configured the NT login with a local Windows account "orionreportscheduler" on our Orion box in Windows Users and in Orion Account Manager. Report folder is set to \Reports on Orion account. In Report Scheduler, I have the same account specified for Run As (General tab) and on the Add/Edit Web Page NT Account Login. At the scheduled time, the Report Scheduler Job Status changes from Idle to Running then a few moments later the Next Run is set to the next day/time runtime but Job Status remains stuck at Running. In Task Manager, the RunOrionJob.exe (running with the correct account "orionreportscheduler") continues to run but it's hung on something. Anyone run into this before? There is no log entry in the RunOrionJob.log. I see the successful NT Login in the Windows Security Event log. Is there any other log file that can give me a clue as to what the heck the RunOrionJob.exe task is waiting on? Any ideas what I have configured incorrectly? We are running v8.5.1 SP3.
