Unable to download Beta Alert Engine

Trying to download the Beta Alert Engine but getting the following error, is this just me or is there a problem with the ftp site?

The URL could not be retrieved.

No such file or directory in the server. You have a wrong path in the url.
This might be caused by an FTP URL with an absolute path.

The proxy sends following command :

CWD mj02

Server Reply:

550 mj02: Access is denied.

I just downloaded from the link you provided and it worked for me. Could this be an Active/Passive FTP issue? Try using SmartFTP http://www.smartftp.com
