I'd say that NOC views are to display rather brief synthetic information so my few suggestions are:

gather information for one group of viewers (Network Team, Application Team etc.);
deploy all widgets at visible area of the screen screen;
avoid viewer actions within the screen (it is possible of course if anybody finds an interest)
not to use more than 5-6 views to rewind;
set time to rewind all views not greater than website refresh.

On your NOC, less is more. Only display the info that requires action; otherwise, less technical people ask questions and make mountains out of false-positives because they don't understand.

As mentioned, pick a team and build a NOC that they need. Then go to the next team and just add to your existing NOC. Keep it simple....

NOTE: Make sure you wait for network atlas to connect fully before opening an existing or starting a new map or you could be missing interfaces in your list.
