Facing issue with QOE Packet Analysis Sensors

Hello Everyone,

i am a newbie here... I am trying to setup NPM for monitoring 30 users. I have successfully installed the Agent over to this 30 users and all them machines are visible. now when I try to install the sensors, I first perform the Test operation for Credential verification which works successfully on almost all of the machines but when I click on installing the agent it does not work.

It says the connection attempt failed.... and only for 6-8 machines the Sensor gets installed but in that also 2 machines says installation failed and the remaining ones say Down state.

Can anyone please help here ASAP.

Looking at your Machine-1 jpeg, it looks like that machine is running a 32 Bit OS, which is not supported by the sensors. see reference Quality of Experience requirements

in the error picture, did you verify that the credentials work?
