Anybody else having issues on PSI? I have registered an account and when entering my email address. The page does not continue. I have contacted support. But nothing back.

Haven't seen this before however I would try different browsers, if you haven't already. Are you using Private/incognito browsing?
Got there in the end. Seemed to be because I used the search function instead of selecting Solarwinds in the organisation first.

Is that your SWID or SolarWinds ID? Doesn't look correct to me, should be something like SW12345

I believe what he listed was an ID created by the testing vendor.
