Solarwinds API : https://"Main pool VIP":17778/SolarWinds/InformationService/v3/Json/Query?

Hi,

We are trying to integrate Solarwinds with Mooogsoft.

Solarwinds rest API query seems to be working okay:

Moogsoft LAM configuration where we have included our REST API URL 'https://"Main pool VIP":17778/SolarWinds/InformationService/v3/Json/Query?' throws a jave.net.SocketTimeoutException : Read Timed out.

Port 17778 is enabled and authentication to connect to Rest API url is also okay.

Our Main poller is HA configured with VIP and https enabled through a self signed certificate.

Am i missing something which is causing the read timed out exception, please suggest
