NPM 12.4 upgrade - All Active Alerts report

Hi everyone,

I used to get, every morning an "All Active Alerts" email with what's down and any other new alerts.

It used to be that I would get the text in my email. After upgrading to 12.4, all I get is a URL link that I can't access on my phone, and even in the office, nothing.

What broke with 12.4 to prevent me from seeing these alerts every day? Anyone else have this issue?
