read 95th percentile

Hi,

Can you guys tell me why the attached image shows nothing going over 165ms but the 95th percentile shows 195.00 ms?

I believe it's because the green lines on the graph are the "average" of the values for the period covered by the line. So even though the average is under 165ms, the 95th percentile at 195ms says "95% of the RTT values were under 195ms (but 5% were MORE THAN 195ms)."
