Recently weve upgraded to Dameware 12 and enabled Windows Authentication for users who use mini-remote and remote-support
I am an administrator for the dameware central server and I want to log onto the admin console with my windows authentication
When I choose windows authentication i get the following error:
The administration console is installed on the same server that I am currently RDP'd into
I can still log into the admin console using Dameware Authentication
I have made my windows account an administrator
The server is in the same domain
Originally we did not use Windows authentication but we recently upgrade from dameware 11 to 12
All users using mini-remote and remote-support can log in fine with windows authentication. Although Im having problems logging into the Centralized server's admin console ironically
Any ideas?
