BGP Neighbor down alert not clearing from active alerts

BGP Neighbor down alert not clearing from active alerts even after BGP is UP. Tried clearing the instance , still alert retriggered.

Check the the original BGP Neighbor is the one that came back up and not a new connection that is established. I have found that the original is still in an idol state

If this is not the case. Post your trigger condition and the Routing Neighbor table
