Custom MIB Pollers in Network Atlas

Is there anyway possible to add custom MIB pollers in Network Atlas?

Currently it looks like objects added in the maps can only be nodes or interfaces of those nodes.

I have a series of custom mib pollers that we monitor(Input contacts on APC equipment) If the input contact is polled with a value of 1, we want an object on the map to be a green dot, if the input contact is a value of 2, the dot is red. the values are learned through the custom mib that is polled. that part is down. We just don't know how to get the custim Mib in the map.
