Report for nodes down more than 3 times in last 30 days

Hello all,

Just got a requirement to draft a report for listing all the nodes which have gone down more than 3 times in last 30 days.

Was trying to build a custom SQL/SWQL script for the same but no luck.

Would appreciate valuable suggestions!!
