This is one of those inconsistent behaviors with SW that really vexes me. I have an node up/down alert with trigger and reset actions configured to send an email and to write to the NPM event log. Both actions work. The email gets sent/received and the event is written.
In the email messaging I have a variable to the link to acknowledge the alert. Well, for some reason when I click on the link I get to the alerts table but the alert is not in the table. I don't understand what is causing this issue. Shouldn't be a permissions issue because I'm an admin.
Any info is appreciated.
