All the Lists resources are empty

I have a FortiGate 60E, a switch Cisco, an access point and wireless equipment but any of these have interfaces to monitoring. When I use SNMP WALK, I can get the name of the interfaces on each equipment. the orion universal device poller tool is not installed on the server, I need more options to solve this problem.

Sounds like there might be an issue with your installation I would run the config wizard to correct any issues also did you uninstall the UNDP?

Replied to this same question on /r/Solarwinds/, but from the things you describe it seems to me like you might not even have NPM installed. Those are the behaviors I would associate with a SAM only installation, not being able to see interfaces under list resources from SNMP based devices and not having the UNDP tool installed. I'd be double checking the installation, or the licensing as maybe you only have SAM licenses applied?

NPM was installed many times and any time appears a error, also we tried with multiple versions and the results was the same :c

I can´t uninstall UnDP because, the file isn´t exist on the server
