NPM Node discovery not detecting all interfaces

Question

Hello there,

I am new to NPM and the Thawack community.

Could anyone help me when discovering network nodes ( Huawei stacks) not all interfaces are discovered to monitor until I poll the device, rediscover and then force refresh under list resources?

Has anyone else experienced this or am I missing a step when discovering a node?

I am going through Settings > Manage node > Add node

Once I've defined the node under the chose resourses tab I am selecting all interfaces found however sometimes it will only see a few interfacecs before performing the steps I listed above.

Are you using the Network Discovery feature (Settings -> Network Discovery)? Maybe your automatic import settings are not as you might want them to be?

Or when you add the nodes manually, how are you selecting the interfaces?
