"Data is not available" for several widgets

Question

I am new to Orion NPM, so have some basic questions. I am in the process of creating custom views for our NetOps team. So, I am creating separate summary & details view for a group of specific nodes. I assign the view to the NetOps user account and everything works well. The only problem is a lot of widgets (listed below) show "Data is not available". I clicked on the "why not" link and went through all the resolution steps. Other than the NTP suggestion, I checked and confirmed all settings are correct. What am I missing?

- Top xx Data Volume

- Top xx Network Response Time

-- Traffic by Risk Level

-- Top 10 Transactions

Formatting looks odd, but that uses a custom query resource and a fantastic query. Its one of the tabs I put in front of my NOC. I also have a tab focused on disk alerts (we ahve 2 a warning and a critcal, hardware (the heath summary pie chart and a list of open Hardware alerts and down (no ping, high $% loss) Systems (Servers mostly since the Network Gear is handled by a Network Team). Then I have a tab with a map (global map) since we have multiple locations.

But that is what my NOC deals with. I wouldn't put anything on that dashboard they don't have to act on. I will let them get into the rest of Orion to see anything we have, just not on that dash.

What work tasks will that staff have to do from Orion data that I haven't shown so far? We can come up with a widget to help

@jm_sysadmin . That would explain it. Nevertheless, since I am attempting to build a View for specific nodes(servers), I wanted to add widgets for top XX disk space, Top XX nodes network traffic, etc (all on specific nodes). I am able to limit them to specific nodes, but couldn't get these widgets to work. Anyhow, are there any sample sites with Views I can use based on nodes(servers), then network equipment, etc?

Ah good point, is that data there for other users or just not the Netops user?
