Cannot integrate NPM with NCM

I've got NPM and NCM installed on the same Windows 2008 Enterprise box. Both NPM and NCM websites operate just fine. I installed the NCM integration module on the NPM box. On the NPM website, the module for NCM shows up. In the connection area, I entered http://10.3.11.15:8888, on the username and password I entered the administator usernamen and password, and I get The Orion server cannot access the Orion NCM information service. The exact error was 'No such host is known'. Now, when I click on http://10.3.11.15:8888 I get the NCM and login, and I login with the same username and password and can access the site everything fine. I can't seem the find out why it's saying No such host is know.

Anyone have any suggestions?

This thread actually has two different issues:

"Bad Data" and "No Such Host is known"

For the "No Such Host is known"

In the NPM admin tab go to the NCM setting and in the connection, simply use the ip address as 10.3.11.15.  No Http and no :8888. after that is applied this should work, if not please open an support ticket.

For the "Bad data":

This is generally caused by a Server move and the passwords were encrypted with a different certificate.

What needs to be done here is go into the NPM database, not the NCM database, then open the WebUserSettings table.

In the WebUserSettings table, remove any rows that have CirrusISUser and CirrusISPassword. 

Go back to the NCM Integration (you wil get an error indicating these values can not be null) Click the credentials button and enter the NCM Credentials.
