SQL memory leak with NPM Version 10 SP1

Does anyone also have SQL server DB memory issues with version 10 of NPM?

I'm currently in discussion with support about our setup. The indicate we are stressing our Database server with our polling intervals.

We have already lowered some polling intervals and are now on average 99% polling completion. Before this was around 98%.

We did never had this issue with version 9.5 even with the 98 percentile. I don't see a large continious polling queue.

Any help is welcome.

After upgrading our SQL 2005 server to SP3 the memory consumption is much more stable. We don't see the continious increase anymore.

Some extra information....

I monitor the memory usage for individual databases on my SQL server by performing the following Query.

SELECT LEFT(CASE database_id
		WHEN 32767 THEN 'ResourceDb'
		ELSE db_name(database_id)
END, 20) AS Database_Name,
	count(*)AS Buffered_Page_Count

FROM sys.dm_os_buffer_descriptors
GROUP BY db_name(database_id) ,database_id
ORDER BY Buffered_Page_Count DESC

The result of this query gives you the buffered page count for every active database. If you multiply this figure with 8192 you get the number of bytes consummed in memory allocated to the SQLSERVER.
