Create Separate Dashboard for Nodes and Watched applications

I have been trying to figure this out but not sure where I need to find this information.  I am wondering if I can setup a separate dashboard for a set of servers that I am monitoring?  Ideally I would like to create a dashboard for a specific set of servers and have it display the information for just that set of servers for a group of users.  Ideally the page will list just the 5 servers and users able to see stats on just those servers.   Can this be done?  Thanks!

Creating the Network Troubleshooting View

Once the group of nodes are created, you can then go into Settings> Manage Accounts, edit or create the account and add a Limitation of the group.
