Interfering APs seem to be detected as Rogue APs

I am trying to set up an alert for rogue APs on the network (Aruba) but Orion is reporting all Interfering APs as rogue on the report.

 

I believe an Interfering AP to be one that is in the same area, but not connected to the private network and a rogue as an AP that is connected to the private network.

Anyone had this problem or a solution?

I tried searching but was not able to find an answer to this question, this was asked in 2009 and I am having the same issue.

Any help would be great, thank you
