upgrade to 8.5 broke view cirrus configs (correction, custom properties)?

After the marathon that an 8.5 upgrade was, it appears that viewing the configs from cirrus does not work anymore, as described here:

When I click on the view configuration link it gives me a 404 but its pointing to the right location.

Anyone know what the problem could be?

and it looks like I can't change custom property fields from the website on accounts that can clear events as described on the bottom of this page

After the marathon that an 8.5 upgrade was, it appears that viewing the configs from cirrus does not work anymore, as described here:

I had this same issue when I upgraded to V8.5 of Orion. They are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.

Due to web architecture changes within the Orion, the resources that show Cirrus configs were modified. To resolve the issue, please peform the steps below:

Download the latest Config List files from ftp://ftp.solarwinds.net/cmb03/cirrus/ConfigListing.zip.
Extract ConfigListing.asp to the C:\InetPub\SolarWinds\Orion\NetPerfMon folder. The old ConfigListing.asp file under the C:\InetPub\SolarWinds\NetPerfMon folder can be deleted.
Replace the 62-Configs.Resource file in the C:\InetPub\SolarWinds\NetPerfMon\Resources\2-1 NodeDetails folder with the one included in the zip. If you modified your the 62-Configs.Resource file, then ensure to back it up first.

Tip: If you modified the 62-Configs.Resource file and you want to see the differences between the file you modified and the current one, you can use Cirrus to show the differences. Simply add a stand-in (i.e., 10.10.10.1) device within Cirrus, highlight the device within the node list, open Windows Explorer, browse to the old 62-Configs.Resource file, drag the file into the Cirrus node list, browse to the updated 62-Configs.Resource file, drag the file into the Cirrus node list, right-click on the two imported files and select compare. Once you have completed the comparison, you can simply delete the device from within Cirrus.

I am also using SSL and I know the upgrade had lots of issues with that.

Your error looks like a permissions error. I think you should probably open a support ticket.

I just installed the 8.5.1 upgrade and now I have managed to make this work - however - I found that I *NEED* to put ConfigListing.asp into the C:\Inetpub\SolarWinds\NetPerfMon or will NOT work - unlike step 2 which says you can delete this file and place it under C:\InetPub\SolarWinds\Orion\NetPerfMon folder (which does NOT work for me)...

This looks like an path problem since the link in 62-Configs.Resource seems to try and access that file in the \NetperfMon website rather than Orion\NetPerfMon.

I decided to edit the 62-Configs.Resource file to read -
<td class="Link"><a href="">thwack.solarwinds.com/.../ConfigListing.asp Target="<%=Target%>"><%=Link%></a></td>

Instead of
<td class="Link"><a href="">thwack.solarwinds.com/.../ConfigListing.asp Target="<%=Target%>"><%=Link%></a></td>

And this fixed the problem and I could leave the file where the PDF install says to leave it inside C:\InetPub\SolarWinds\Orion\NetPerfMon

FYI 8.5.1 seems to have fixed a bunch of things for me including Windows Passthrough authentication - thanks!
