I have created a map showing some of our main WAN links. Why does the link stay green when the node goes down? The link is in an "unknown state". I want the link to go RED when the link is down or the node is down.
Did you associate the link with the node or the interface on the node?
I'm associating the link with an interface. If the node goes down, the interface stays green but status is "unknown". If status is unknown, I would like the link to be red.
Here's what I got back from support the other day:
"This issue has been submitted to the development team. This case will be kept open until a resolution is provided. "
Solarwinds is looking into this issue.

Was there a fix to this? I am having the same issue on 9.5sp5. A whole bunch of down nodes with green lines in between them. I am associating the interfaces on the routers.
