OID for CRC

I am using OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.2.1.1.12. It is reporting back the number of CRC on the controller, not currently on the interface. Does anybody know what OID I would use to get the current number from the interface instead of from the controller? I cannot clear the controllers.

Any help would be appreciated

This is an easy one.
In System Manager, expand the node with the interface you want to monitor.
Right click on the interface and select Assign Custom MIB pollers.

I am collecting CRC stats using the same OID.

Thank you for the suggestion. I already had the interface assigned. I went and doublechecked and it is assigned. I just can't figure out why it returns the number from the controller...which is 2108 and not the number from the interface, which is currently sitting at 1 CRC. I really want to get this working, any other ideas?

You might want to try entering your oid # into Cisco's snmp mib tool: http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseOID.do?local=en

It will resolve oid's into names and tell you supported IOS versions for the objects.

OK, we are making assumptions here.

We assumed this was some kind of Cisco device.
What type of vendor device is this and what type of "controller" is this?
We need more info to assist you in troubleshooting this.
