VPN tunnel monitoring

Hi all,

Is it possible to show the status of an IPSec VPN tunnel in a map in Orion?

I have implemented some custom MIBs to get status info from my routers (e.g cikeGlobalActiveTunnels, cipSecTunIkeTunnelAlive). This info tells me how many tunnels that are active on the routers, but I cannot figure out how to get the status for a specific VPN tunnel like I can for a node or an interface. Does anybody know how to get my green light for a VPN tunnel? :-)

Custom MIB properties can't be represented on an Orion map. If your routers use virtual interfaces to represent site-2-site tunnels then you could publish this on an Orion map but not custom MIBs or Applications from APM. Nodes and interfaces only.
