Alert for Cold Started Switch?

Is it possible to set an alert for a switch that was cold started? This would be for a switch that loses power or something similar and cold boots. I'm not sure what trigger action to set here or what to monitor, so any help figuring it out would be appreciated. We run a number of different Brocade switches. Thanks!

Potentially you could use an UnDP and alert off of status. Here's one for Cisco devices to use as an example:
