Syslog services stopped with error code 10055 a few times a day

I have the following problem and have searched the forum's (actuly found one bud not accessable anymore.....)
The syslog services stoppes after an Event with event id 1021

"Socket Exception An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full Error Code 10055"

We can start the service again and after a short or long time the service stopped again.

 

Anyone any idea's.

 

I am running Orion 8.5.1 with SP3
The dB is on a SQL server 2005
All on the same Win2003 R2 SP1 Box

I had this problem with version 8.0 but the problem has gone with 8.5.1 SP3.
