Latest MIBS.cfg

Has anyone noticed that the latest MIBS.cfg is about 200 megs smaller than the one before it? Just curious if a ton of old stuff was removed, or if it was just a consolidation thing...?

It was likely a consolidation effort b/c as far as I know, we don't shrink that file. I'll check and get back to you.
