Novell component icon is a question mark

We have some old Novell servers.  NPM discovers things like DOS Memory, Alloc memory pool, cache buffers... all at 100% utilization.  Two questions:

1. Why does the component icon have a question mark (instead of a normal resource icon like disk, memory, or CPU)
2. How do I not monitor something that's at 100%
