Orion Maps 2.0 for all users

Trying to set maps 2.0 to be view able for all users and the box at the top that you check for all users is grayed out each time I come back to maps. How can I make sure it is saved and available for all users???

As far I understand, you need to be an administrator to have access to all Maps , which isn't ideal at all ...

That is correct. the maps are only available to the person who made them. I think this was changed in 2020.2 not sure thought.

I also believe I have figure out how to access the different maps and edit them from a different persons account. Still validating though, and when I do I will post the info on here.
