Is there a way we can add newly enabled ( the interfaces we are making as administratively up) interfaces to be automatically added and monitored in NPM. Any idea would be appreciated.

When a discovery happens it would find out newly-present interfaces and modified interfaces on the device which can then be added for monitoring but if you want to add them automatically then you could probably use the Orion SDK
