Getting this error when trying to access Orion Webpage:
This view type (VolumeDetails) requires a net object and none has been specified.

The view type was suppose to be a "Summary" type which does not require a net object value. However, the view type was somehow changed to "VolumeDetails". Whenever a view is a "VolumeDetails" type, it require a default object in the database so that the webpage will know which object's VolumeDetail to show.
Open a case with support, but they still haven't contacted me. I do realized that their support hours are 8-5pm CST. Thus, would suggest SolarWinds to expand their support hours to 24x7 to support urgent cases in which customer's production Orion system is offline.
Many other vendors offer 24x7 support and if SolarWinds want to be a major vendor in this market, they better step it up.
I believe they would have to increase their software prices dramatically to achieve this type of support-
