I assume you are on 9.5? If so, if you log into the web console, click Admin and there you should see an add node link. Here add the info for your F5, enter the SNMP credentials and validate, go to next and select the resources you wish to monitor and complete the wizard

is there a way to set up to auto add new Virtual Servers when it discovers them?

No, not at this point in time, you cannot do that.

We were operating on the 10.3.1 NPM version...and nothing of any significance showed. The upgrade of code to 10.4.2 is significant!
