95TH PERCENTILE REPORT ON TRAFFIC ACROSS 3 INTERFACES FOR AN IP ADDRESS GROUP

I am trying to create a 95th percentile report for historical traffic over three interfaces for the previous month for a specific IP Group.  I have created the IP Address Groups, but I can't seem to create this report.
