Error when upgrading NPM

We are hosting Solarwinds on Server 2003 R2 Enterprise x64 Editon, Service Pack 2. Currently the version that we are running is: Orion Core 2010.2.1, APM 4.0.1, IPAM 1.7, NPM 10.1.1, NTA 3.7, IVIM 1.0.0, VoIP 3.5.1.61, and NCM 6.0.0.

When trying to open report writter, the error recieved is "Run-Time error '13': Type Mismatch." I then tried to upgrade my NPM to version 10.1.2, but recieved an error that said I needed to upgrade my VoIP version. I have looked for and was unable to find any upgrades for VoIP. What would be the next step needed to resolve this problem.

First you dont need to upgrade .

You can Ran a Repair on "Orion Core Services 2011.1" as you have latest Orion NPM.

Also i would suggest you to move all reports from Orion Report folder and try to open the Report writer might be possible one you your custom report having issues with it .

We also are currently running two different networks. The one that is having problems is our second network that is running Orion Core Services version 2010.2.1. How do I upgrade the Orion Core Services. I just recently replaced a person that has already left, leaving me with this to fix.

We tried removing all of the reports out of the Orion Report folder as you suggested, and we are still getting the same error. "Run-time error '13': Type mismatch."

Go to the add/remove programs and remove the job engine program. If t here are 2 remove them both.

Next go to c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\solarwinds\installers\ and run both job engines.msi files run the v2 second.

Next go back to add/remove programs and run a repair on Orion Core services and run through the configuration wizard again.

oh, wow you still have VoIP? I think VoIP was renamed and upgraded to IP SLA. That could be the reason that message showed up (or I could be sending you down a rabbit hole if you listen to me).
