Report Manager - Schedule Manager - Stop If No Content

For reports that send via email, is it possible to stop sending if the report doesnt contain content?

Example - Disk Space Free report that lists all fixed disks with less than 5% free space remaining. Stop report from being emailed if 'no activity to report'.

This part is done by the Report Scheduler and the feature you are looking for is not available.

This might not sound great, but if you have WPM in your environment you can create/record a transaction which does this (Its just a workaround not a great idea though)
