APM Scheduler Error - HELP

Opened an Urgent Trouble Ticket this morning (6 hours ago) regarding this issue - no response back so I thought I would try the experts out here.....

For some reason I noticed that our APM isn't running. They all have the error "Scheduler Error. No distribution rule allowed the job to be dispatched".

I checked the services and all are running. I re-ran the configuration manager - same thing. Rebooted - same thing.

Running Orion 8.5.1 SP3, APM SP3, SQL 2005 Standard, Server 2003

In case any one else comes across this issue this is how we fixed it....

I re-ran the configuration manager for the uptenth time but this time only selected the APM and job engine services. Now some of my APM's are coming back on line. The ones that aren't I am toggling between Default -> submit then selecting the service account -> submit. We are now back in business.

Got to love the mysteries of the tools!
