Configuration Wizard

When I'm in the configuiration wizard, creating website i get this error:

Cannot create OrionNPMWeb.Application object

Erro# 48 Error in loading dll

AT this point just stops working.

OS: Server 2003

Version 8.1

SQL Express

What is the entire error message? is there a particular file that cannot be loaded?

That's is the complete message I get. I get that when I'm in the configuration wizard in creating web. It will start but it will give the message when it says on the back migrating web configuration from previous version.

Try using sysinternals to try to determine which DLL is causing the error.

The only other time I have seen this error was the msvbvm60.dll was outdated. Updating that dll resolved the error.
