95th % on chart view changes with no change in traffic

Chart view 95th% showed a change from 7mbps to 11mbps.

bandwidth reports had held steady at 11mbps for the last year

& no traffic change of this magnitude noted.  Chart 95th% number

seems to be reporting incorrectly on the chart view prior to Aug 09

Do you have a screenshot of what you are talking about?  It is strange that it would jump for very consistent data, but it is important to note how our 95th line is calculated.
