I need help in solarwinds where I integrated with Servicenow instance.
I have created 2 alerts in Solarwinds with the same condition, means one with CPU 70% as Major and another with 90% as Critical for which we are raising P4 and P3 incidents in Servicenow.
So in this scenario, Solarwinds will trigger 2 alerts which creates 2 incidents in SNOW.
IS there a way or possibility of Creating 1 incident and updating the same incident for both the conditions (Moajr and Critical) in Servicenow ?
