Need Link for running NT 4.0 SNMP in Windows 2000 mode

I am trying to caputre more data than TCP packet info from our NT 4.0 servers. One member mentioned that a link use to exist to explain how to make an NT 4.0 SNMP agent act as a windows 2000 agent.
