Monitor Windows enterprise clusters

Anyone using Orion to monitor their Windows enterprise clusters and can give some advice/hints how you set it up? Do you monitor all the resources on each cluster node and then only ping each virutal server?

If volumes on the cluster nodes are on a SAN. How does Orion react when the active node is changed and the volume is hosted on the other node?
