report writer html link sql

I have a field in a database for web links. I want to write a SQL query to pull this data using Orion report writer.

Is there a way to display this info on my Orion site as a clickable link?

This used to work fine in version past.. I think prior to 9.5..

Anyway, how do you make html tags work in reports again?
