Looking for Dedicated Solarwinds Administrator

Hi Guys,

I know it's a bit off topic or something not appropriate in this Forum (I cannot find any fields related to this topic).

We are looking for a Dedicated Solarwinds Administrator, our company is located in the Philippines.

The candidate should know how to administer and manage the Solarwinds. Now I need also a concrete job description and qualifications/competencies for this position.

Any idea and also any referral?
