Sensatronics E4 Temp Monitor

I have a sensatronics temperature monitor. Orion finds it, however to get data from it I have to write a custom MIB poller. The monitor consists of 4 seperate probes, each with there own OID string.

I would like to place each individual temp probe onto a map, is this possible? I have not been able to figure out a way to do so.

At this time, only nodes and interfaces can be placed on maps.

Is it on the road map to be implemented into Orion to do such a thing?

yes. It's on the roadmap.

Any idea how far down the map and is this part of a larger overhaul of the mapping facilities
