We are writing an in house Capacity and Performance managment tool, to comply with some ItiL requirements. One of the metrics we would like to track is around the 95th percentile bandwidth utilisation of our WAN circuits.
Does anyone know if the 95th percentile numbers are stored in the SQL database and how best to access this data. Or does the Orion client calculate this when the charts are pulled up ?
Any help with this or how to directly pull data out of the NPM SQL db would be very usefull.
