I am looking for help to hardware health monitor Netscout Infinistream. I am able to snmp the device but I cannot get hardware health to appear. Any ideas?
Hardware health is something that is a SolarWinds specific polling package that is built targeting OIDs for certain Vendors:

That article will give you an idea of the vendors that the polling is built for at this time. To get a similar thing in place for that device, you will likely need to build UnDP's for it or build a SAM SNMP monitor templates targeting those hardware OIDs if you are using SAM. The Manage Pollers feature doesn't allow for building custom hardware health poller packages yet. I didn't check to see if it is an existing feature request or listed as a what we are working on item, but you may want to check for that.
When I did the SNMP WALK it comes back with BITS values which it doesn't understand. Can Solarwinds understand BITS values.

You can define what the results mean in an enumeration table while building the UnDP if SolarWinds doesn't already have it enumerated in the MIB database.
