Netscreen 5GT CPU & Memory

Hi guys,

Anyone know if there is an OID to monitor CPU and Memory on the below device. Ideally would want them as gauges like on the rest of Orion NPM. I've looked through its OIDs and can only find one for Average CPU.

NetScreen-​5GT-ADSL-A​nnexA-WLAN version 5.4.0r10.0 (SN: 0127042007​000271, Firewall+V​PN)

Hi Andrew,

Your best bet here is to speak to the vendor of the device.

However if you are not able to do that you could use Solarwinds Engineer's Toolset to do a MIB walk to the device and you could find the OID's for the device yourself.

MIB Walk
- Open Engineer's Toolset
- Classic Tools
- SNMP Tools
- MIB Walk
- (If you don't have Solarwinds Engineer's Toolset you can download a trial version for 30 days from www.solarwinds.com)
- Enter the IP Address of the Device
- Enter the Community String
- Test to make sure that the credentials are correct
- Walk
- This will return all the OID's that are on the device
- You can then choose the correct OID and check the OID Value
