NPM downgrade from 10.2 to 10.1

We recently upgraded from 10.0 to 10.2.

Since system manager has been removed in 10.2, we are deciding to downgrade to 10.1.

We have a backup of the database at 10.0.

I wonder if I do reinstall at 10.1, I can use the database at 10.2 or not.

Otherwise, I will do reinstall at 10.0 and upgrade to 10.1 and losing all the new data beyond upgrade to 10.2.

I do not receive reply from support as yet, hopefully someone can shed some light here.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to use the 10.2 db with your 10.1 reinstallation. You should be able to go straight to installing 10.1: simply select your 10.0 db when completing the Configuration Wizard the first time.
