Custom Node fields in Report Writer

I have created a good amount of additioanl custom fields via the Custom properties editor. The issue I have here is the report writer does not see these fields as a selection when you create a report. Is there a fix for this or is the report writer limited.

Launch the Custom Property Editor.
Place your mouse somewhere on the toolbar.
Right-click and select "Customize".
In the box that pops up, select the "Commands" tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the "Commands" window on the right.
Drag and drop "Update Report Schemas" to your toolbar.
Double-click on the new icon.

I have this problem also where the groupings no longer show the custom fields.

I have noticed that since migratating the SQL database to a standalone
server:

Scenario:
I display all devices on my main page categorised by Region and City
(based on custom property editor)

I filter like Location like %EMEA_% for example.
I group by Level1 (Region) and Level2 (city) that divides my main page
into 3 sections for NA, EMEA and Asia.

I notice now that my Level1,2,3 drop downs are missing the custom fields
hence some of the pages are broken and list all devices by region code
and no longer by city.

So, simply Grouping section does not see my custom node properties.
