Is it possible to post current status to a public web page?

I am trying to find out if you can post the status of certain servers onto a public website that shows the server status(i.e red or green)

All depends on how you would like to expose it. A common method would be using "DirectLink" (pg. 364 in the AG: http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/orion/docs/orionadministratorguide.pdf)
